March Madness is one of the most exciting times in college basketball, and we’re bringing SFU Men’s Basketball alumni together to take part in the action.

The SFU Men’s Basketball Alumni March Madness Bracket Challenge is a fun, low-stakes way to reconnect with fellow alumni, spark some friendly competition, and support ongoing alumni engagement initiatives.

Whether you follow college basketball closely or just enjoy filling out a bracket, everyone is welcome to join.

How It Works

Pay $20 through your Cart Purchase to enter the bracket challenge
Join our private bracket group hosted on CBS Sports (Email will be sent after you pay $20 registration fee)
Fill out your bracket before the tournament tips off
Track your progress throughout March Madness and see how you stack up against fellow alumni

*All brackets are scored automatically using CBS Sports’ official scoring system and details can be found in the CBS Sports private group.

Entry Fee & Prizes

Entry Fee: $20 per participant
Prizes: Cash prizes will be awarded to the top- three finishing brackets
Prize distribution:
- 1st place = 60%
- 2nd place = 30%
- 3rd place = 10%

Important Dates

Registration Deadline: Before the first tip-off of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament
Bracket Lock Time: Set by CBS Sports at the start of the first game
No refunds will be given if you forget or miss these deadlines to set your bracket
